Not unless you initially sent us the original. If you sent us a digital copy then you receive a digital copy unless you request a hard copy when placing the order (UK customers only). No hard copies are sent to customers outside the UK.

Yes we are happy to provide discounts for multiple commissions. Please be aware each commission is unique and one restoration is never identical to another, therefore we are unable to provide Buy One Get One Free offers. Discounts are usually percentage based.

Purely because we are unable to guarantee the reliability of the various postal / courier services. We certainly would not post our treasured photographs abroad and doubt you would do the same.

Yes, we occasionally promote our work through local and online deals that can be taken advantage of by quoting the code when ordering. This is applicable to online and local customers.

This only applies to time-sensitive deadlines. In the unlikely event that work has been agreed and it transpires that it is not possible to complete within the allotted timeframe then you will be refunded the full amount paid (if money has changed hands).

Generally no although we do email a final draft proof copy for your approval prior to any hard copies being printed. Please note that these have a large PROOF watermark over the image. This does NOT appear on the final printed/emailed version.

This is extremely unlikely due to the proofing stage mentioned above. If the proof copy has been accepted then this query in null and void. If you do not accept the proof image then we will attempt to rectify any issues raised and re-submit a proof image for your perusal.

Yes as long as you have a DVD-ROM and NOT running Windows 95 or earlier.

As far as we are aware this product WILL NOT work on any Apple machine.

Slideshows are burnt onto DVD-R discs and should work on the majority of DVD players.

This should not make a difference as the slideshow DVDs are region-free. The DVDs have worked on various region 2 players, including Alba, Bush, Goodmans, Sony, Targa, to name a few.

It should do, although this may vary with DVD players. I know this IS NOT visible on a Targa DVD Recorder.

Yes, there is no reason why this should not work.

As a standard the slideshows are recorded for PAL compatibility however they can be recorded for NTSC. You must inform us if you require NTSC recordings when placing your order.

This varies according to the number of photographs and the length of the music used.

Yes, just tell us what music style/genre you are interested in and we will gladly choose the musical score that will accompany your DVD slideshow.

Yes, email consultation will commence and once the price (including P&P) is agreed and paid for then work can begin.

Yes there is a price reduction for digital images. Please be aware for optimum quality and size of each file you should ideally scan images at 600 DPI and resize to a minimum 1600x1200 resolution pixel size respectively.

Yes, generally the clearer the scanned image the clearer it will appear on a television.
